• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustration; actual colour and finish may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or the handmade/tailored nature of some pieces.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and modify or discontinue any product at any time.
• Stock is subject to availability and is not reserved until an order is confirmed and paid for.

We do not take orders or payment directly through the website. Adding items to your cart and filling in your details at checkout prepares an itemised order message which you send to us on WhatsApp at +91 78730 11110. Sending that message is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

An order is confirmed only once we reply on WhatsApp confirming stock, final amount and delivery details, and we record it as a confirmed order on our end. Nothing is charged, reserved, or guaranteed simply because your cart or WhatsApp message was sent.

We do not use a payment gateway on this website, and no card, UPI or net-banking details are collected or processed through rubyzensemble.in. Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, payment is arranged directly between you and us, by UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, as agreed in that conversation.

Only make payment through the means agreed directly with us over WhatsApp or by phone at +91 78730 11110, and only after your order has been confirmed. We are not responsible for payments made to any other number, account, or person claiming to represent RUBYZ Ensemble. If you have any doubt about the authenticity of a WhatsApp number or payment request, please verify with us using the contact details on our Contact page before paying.

Delivery is arranged directly with you over WhatsApp — the shipping partner and mode of delivery are agreed at the time of order rather than through a fixed courier integration. Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Custom stitching, alteration and tailoring requests are made to the measurements and preferences you provide. Please double-check measurements before confirming — as with all orders, custom-tailored items cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned once your order has been confirmed and paid for.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

All content on this site — including product photography, text, logos and design — belongs to RUBYZ Ensemble or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, RUBYZ Ensemble is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, including delays or issues caused by third-party payment or courier partners.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the product ordered.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
